Dear customer please use (option B) “INSURED” shipping this way your parcel will be guaranteed, you need to sign for it.If you do not wish to sign for your parcel and you pick “REGULAR”shipping do understand that we can not held responsible for your parcel not arriving.We cannot guarantee delivery outside Europe, even if it is send with registered mail, nor give money charge back. On orders outside of Europe you have to accept full responsibility for your order and accept that Allstar Genetics cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Option A - (ONLINE PAYMENT)
Pay secure online through IDEAL payments are handled by our payment provider when checking out.
Option B - (ONLINE BANK TRANSFER)
if you order online and choose to make payment by banktransfer you will be transferred to our payment provider
You will receive all the necessary details in an email.
Option C - (OFFLINE DIRECT BANK TRANSFER)
Give us an email at info@asgseeds.com with your order include the cost for your method of shipping and give your full details, when we received payment your order will be shipped the next day please transfer to the following:

Option D - (CASH PAYMENT)
By mail download our printable form fill in your order and make sure you have the correct total amount of your order + the shipping cost as shown above.Put cash in euros inside together with your form in a non clear envelope and send it to our address.When we received cash your order will be shipped the next day.Make sure you send it true a secure postal service so we need to sign for the package this way you know 100% we received your money since we can not held responsible for any loss.
1. If I pay credit card or bank , what will show on my statement?
All transactions will show as “ALLSTAR Solutions”.
2. Worldwide Shipping?
“Allstar Genetics” ships worldwide except (United States, Israel, Australia, Germany, New Zealand) but we ask you to check your local law before ordering, as laws differ from country to country, state to state and by ordering, you are confirming that you have done so.
3. Is your shipping discreet?
All of our packages are shipped inside a discreet envelope, the customers name and address being the only info on the envelope. For special request concerning shipping contact us at info@asgseeds.com
4. Once I have ordered and use insured shipping, how do I obtain my tracking no.?
If you place an order with option B online, you can ask for a track and trace number by e-mail, if you have not received your tracking number , Always remember to check your junk mail folder before contacting us as e-mails do not always end up in your inbox.
5. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
EU maximum 2 weeks max.
Worldwide 3 weeks max.
6. I have not received my goods yet.
If choose option A standard shipping and you do not receive your goods within 21 working days, then please contact us. Once you have done so, we will make enquires into the missing parcel with the relevant postal service, to try and track down your shipment, however if are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them. If you choose the ‘INSURED’ option B , we guarantee your parcel for any event of it not arriving to you, and in the event of you not receiving your parcel we will reship your parcel immediately to the original address provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service, Exclusions from our guarantee include if you parcel is confirmed as delivered, however you claim to have not received it, in this case you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to at your property our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to, 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting then this is your responsibility to collect i
7. Do you ship in breeders packs?
We ship all seeds in their original pack unless you state otherwise. If you request so, we can repack the seeds for stealth shipping.
8. What if an item I have ordered, is out of stock?
On the whole, we usually have all items in stock. Should we run out of a product, (which does happen from time to time) and we can’t complete your order, we will contact you straight away, either by e-mail or by telephone. If you are happy to wait for the item to come back into stock, this usually only takes some days.
9. Do i have guarantee ?
Buying seeds and growing them out is always at your own risk. We can not be held responsible for your actions nor for the actions of third parties. Allstar Genetics does not accept product liability since we are dealing with living material.Any issues concerning the seeds will only be handled with:
-detailed germination description
-pictures of process
-none germinated seeds
-proof of purchase(invoice/receipt)
-original package
As soon as we have received the above items we will look at the seeds and get back to you as soon as possible do not forget your full details and email.
